Refund Policy
At myclap.in, we are committed to providing quality consultancy services tailored to your unique needs. As our services are primarily personalized, digital, or time-based, our refund and cancellation policy is structured to balance client satisfaction with service integrity.
1. Consultation/Service Booking Cancellation
- You may cancel a scheduled consultation or service at least 24 hours before the confirmed time to receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered only in the following scenarios:
- Duplicate payment made due to a technical error.
- Service not delivered due to unforeseen internal issues or cancellation by myclap.in.
- If a prepaid service was not initiated and the customer requests a cancellation within 24 hours of payment, a full refund may be issued.
❌ Note: Refunds will not be issued for:
- Services that have already been delivered or partially rendered.
- Missed appointments or no-shows.
- Dissatisfaction arising from subjective expectations (e.g., style, approach, or outcomes not guaranteed).
- Customized digital content, reports, or strategies once delivered.
3. Process for Refunds
- To request a refund, please email [email protected] with your name, order ID, reason for the refund, and proof of payment (if needed).
- Approved refunds will be Credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Rescheduling Policy
We allow one free rescheduling of your confirmed consultation if notified at least 12 hours in advance. Additional changes may incur a rescheduling fee.
5. Force Majeure
myclap.in shall not be liable for any failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, technical interruptions, or government restrictions.
